Mexico, September 27, 2019-- Moody's de Mexico has assigned ratings of Aaa.mx and A3, negative outlook, to Ciudad de México's MXN 2 billion bond issuance GCDMXCB 17 X. The bonds were issued in September 2017 with maturity in 2028; principal is paid at maturity and the bonds will pay annual interest payments at a fixed interest rate of 7.6%.
