Coal Asia Holdings Incorporated is an investing holding company engaged in the business of investing in coal and other related energy through its subsidiary, Titan Ming and Energy Corporation (TMEC). The Company's primary business is to buy and hold shares, either by subscribing to the unissued shares of the capital stock in the public or private offerings or by purchasing the shares of other stockholders by the way of assignment in private sale; to invests in the stock or pledge, chattel mortgage or assignment; to sell, dispose, assign, pledge or convey any or all of its shareholdings in other companies in favor of qualified persons by the way of a private sale, assignment or other forms of private conveyance. Its projects include Davao Oriental Project and Zamboanga Sibugay Project. Its products are sold to local canneries and food manufacturing companies. TMEC is engaged in coal exploration and the extraction, processing and trade of coal and other energy related products.
