Moody's Ratings assigns Baa1 rating to Coca-Cola Consolidated's notes, outlook is stable
Moody's Ratings (Moody's) today assigned a Baa1 rating to Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc.'s ("CCCI") new senior unsecured notes with various maturities. All other ratings for the company including the Baa1 senior unsecured debt rating remain unchanged. The rating outlook is stable. CCCI plans to issu...Coca-Cola Consolidated distributes, markets and manufactures nonalcoholic beverages. The company's product offerings include both sparkling and still beverages. Sparkling beverages are carbonated beverages and the company's principal sparkling beverage is Coca-Cola. Still beverages include energy products and noncarbonated beverages such as bottled water, tea, ready to drink coffee, enhanced water, juices and sports drinks. The company's sales are divided into two main categories: bottle/can sales and other sales. Bottle/can sales include products packaged primarily in plastic bottles and aluminum cans. Other sales include sales to other Coca-Cola bottlers and post-mix products.
