New York, January 22, 2020-- Moody's Investors Service views the Eaton Corporation announcement of January 21, 2020 that it had entered into an agreement to sell its Hydraulics business to Danfoss A/S for $3.3 billion in cash as a credit positive development, but it does not affect Eaton's Baa1 senior unsecured notes rating or postive outlook.
