The company's operations are conducted through its subsidiary, Energen Resources Corporation and primarily occur within the Midland Basin, the Delaware Basin and the Central Basin Platform areas of the Permian Basin in west Texas and New Mexico. The company's operations focus on increasing production and adding proved reserves through the development of oil, natural gas liquids and natural gas properties.
