Moody's affirms Frasers Centrepoint Trust's Baa2 rating; outlook remains stable

The total ...Frasers Centrepoint Trust is a developer-sponsored retail real estate investment trust. Co. is managed by Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd., a division of property company Frasers Centrepoint Limited, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fraser and Neave, Limited. As of Sept. 30, 2012, Co.'s portfolio consisted of Causeway Point in Woodlands, Northpoint in Yishun, Bedok Point in Bedok, YewTee Point in Yew Tee and Anchorpoint in Queenstown, with total lettable area of approximately 877,282 square feet.
