Singapore, August 20, 2020-- Moody's Investors Service has completed a periodic review of the ratings of Frasers Commercial Trust and other ratings that are associated with the same analytical unit.Frasers Commercial Trust is a real estate company with three key businesses focused on residential property, commercial property (comprising office, business and retail space) and hospitality (comprising primarily extended-stay serviced residences) across Asia, Australasia, Europe and the Middle-East. All of Co.'s operations are managed by Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management (Commercial) Ltd. As of Sept 30 2013, Co.'s portfolio consisted of five office and business space buildings located in Singapore and Australia.
