New York, April 04, 2019-- Moody's Investors Service today downgraded the ratings of Fusion Connect, Inc., including the Corporate Family Rating to Caa3 from B3, the Probability of Default Rating to D-PD from B3-PD, the rating on the senior secured first lien credit facilities to Caa3 from B3 and the rating on the senior secured second lien facility to Ca...Fusion Connect provides a suite of cloud communications, cloud connectivity, cloud infrastructure, cloud computing, and managed cloud-based applications solutions to businesses, and provides domestic and international voice services to telecommunications carriers worldwide. The company operates in two segments: Business Services, which provides a suite of cloud-based services, including cloud communications, which encompasses cloud voice and unified communications as a service, and cloud connectivity that provides access to the cloud; and Carrier Services, which provides voice traffic termination utilizing primarily voice over Internet Protocol technology.
