Moody's: KT Corp's solid 2016 results consistent with its A3 rating
Hong Kong, February 02, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service says that KT Corporation's solid 2016 results are in line with the company's A3 senior unsecured debt rating and stable rating outlook. "KT's operating performance continued to improve in 2016, with reported revenue and EBITDA up 2% and 3% respectively, while total reported debt fell," says Gloria Tsuen, a Moody's Vice President and Senior Analyst. As a result, its adjusted leverage remained unchanged at around 2.0 x in 2016,...G-TEKT is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of automotive press products, dies, welding equipment and fixtures. Co.'s principal products include auto body frame components, such as dashboard upper/lower, front pillar/lower, center pillar, rear panel and parcel rear; and heavy gauge precision stamped parts, such as torque control inner/outer, drum inner, clutch drum, clutch hub, piston, carry assy, cylinder, timing pulley, rotary sensor, forged parts and others. Co., through its overseas subsidiaries, operates its business in North America, Europe, Asia, China and South America.
