Go-Ahead Group operates in the U.K. public transport market. Co. is organized into three reportable segments: regional bus, which comprises the U.K. bus operations outside London; London bus, which comprises bus operations in London under control of Transport for London, rail replacement and other contracted services in London, and bus operations in Singapore under control of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore; and rail, which through an intermediate holding company, Govia Limited, is 65.0% owned by Co. and comprises two rail franchises: Southeastern and Govia Thameslink Railway.
