Rating Action: Moody's downgrades Go-Ahead to Ba1, maintains review. Global Credit Research- 20 Dec 2021. London, 20 December 2021-- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded the rating of GBP250 million backed senior unsecured notes due July 2024 of The Go-Ahead Group plc to Ba1 from Baa3 and maintained the rating on review for downgrade.Go-Ahead Group operates in the U.K. public transport market. Co. is organized into three reportable segments: regional bus, which comprises the U.K. bus operations outside London; London bus, which comprises bus operations in London under control of Transport for London, rail replacement and other contracted services in London, and bus operations in Singapore under control of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore; and rail, which through an intermediate holding company, Govia Limited, is 65.0% owned by Co. and comprises two rail franchises: Southeastern and Govia Thameslink Railway.
