New York, February 10, 2021-- Moody's Investors Service, has affirmed the ratings of Healthpeak Properties, Inc., including its Baa1 senior unsecured rating and P-2 short-term commercial paper rating.Healthpeak Properties is a real estate investment trust, which invests in real estate serving the healthcare industry. The company acquires, develops, leases, owns, and manages healthcare real estate. The company's segments are: senior housing triple-net, senior housing operating portfolio, which include independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, memory care facilities, and continuing care retirement communities; life science, which contain laboratory and office space and other organizations involved in the life science industry; and medical office, which contain physicians' offices and examination rooms, and include pharmacies, hospital ancillary service space, and outpatient services.
