The Company's subsidiaries include Jingrui Properties (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jingrui Property Management Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Jingrui Real Estate Agency Co., Ltd.. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also engaged in building decoration engineering business.
