New York, February 14, 2020-- Moody's Investors Service downgraded McClatchy's probability of default rating to D-PD from Ca-PD upon the company's commencement of voluntary bankruptcy proceedings through a plan of reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
