New York, March 03, 2020-- Moody's Investors Service, has placed on review for upgrade Williams Scotsman International Inc.' s B2 corporate family rating and B3 senior secured rating.Mobile Mini is engaged in providing portable storage solutions. The company is also a provider of specialty containment solutions in the U.S. The company's business is comprised primarily of two product categories: Storage Solutions and Tank and Pump Solutions. The company's storage solutions segment consists of the company's container and ground level office product offerings. The company provides a range of Storage Solutions products in varying lengths and widths with an assortment of differentiated features such as patented locking systems, premium doors, electrical wiring and shelving. The company's Tank and Pump Solutions products consist primarily of liquid and solid containment units, pumps and filtration equipment.
