Moody's Affirms Infonavit's Assesment as originator of residential mortgage loans
Mexico, November 25, 2016-- Moody's de México S.A. de C.V. has affirmed its originator assessment of Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores as an originator of residential mortgage loans in Mexico at Above Average. Moody's assessment is based on its valuations of three components of Infonavit's operations as a residential mortgage originator:. 1. Above Average for loan performance in early delinquency.
