Singapore, December 08, 2016-- Moody's Investors Service says that its Asian Liquidity Stress Index rose to 31.1% in November from 29.9% in October, ending two consecutive months of improvement. "The index remained below its trailing 12- month average of 31.9% for the third straight month but remains well above the index's long-term average of 22.5%, highlighting the continued weakness in Asian liquidity," says Brian Grieser, a Moody's Vice President and Senior Analyst.
