New York, January 05, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service asignó calificación de B3 a las notas sénior no garantizadas por 300 millones de dólares con vencimiento en 2024 propuestas de Genneia. La perspectiva de la calificación es estable. Los recursos de las notas serán utilizados por el emisor para pagar la mayor parte de su deuda insoluta de corto plazo y el remanente será utilizado por la compañÃa para fondear su programa de inversión.
