Moody's assigns Aa1 to OCBC's AUD senior notes due 2018

Singapore, February 16, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service has assigned its Aa1 rating to Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp Ltd, Sydney's drawdown of AUD 500 million senior unsecured floating rate notes due 22 February 2018.. The notes are to be issued through OCBC's Sydney Branch under OCBC's US $10 billion Global Medium Term Note Program, and are expected by OCBC to be listed on the Singapore Exchange. The outlook for the rating is stable.
