Moody's assigns B1 rating to Harland Clarke's proposed term loan
New York, February 08, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service assigned a B1 rating to Harland Clarke Holdings Corp.' s term loan B-5 in connection with a maturity extension to 2021. Moody's also announced that the B1 rating on term loan B-6 is unchanged following the proposed $325 million add on.
