Moody's assigns B1 to Road King's USD perpetual notes; outlook stable
Hong Kong, February 13, 2017-- Moody's Investors Services has assigned a B1 senior debt rating to the proposed USD senior perpetual capital securities to be issued by RKP Overseas Finance 2016 Limited and guaranteed by Road King Infrastructure Limited and some of its subsidiaries. The outlook on the rating is stable. Road King plans to use the proceeds from the proposed USD senior perpetual securities primarily for general corporate purposes.
