Moody's assigns Ba3 CFR to TransMontaigne; notes rated B2
Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") assigned first time ratings to TransMontaigne Partners, LP (TransMontaigne), including a Ba3 Corporate Family Rating (CFR), a Ba3-PD Probability of Default Rating (PDR) and a B2 rating on its proposed senior unsecured notes. Moody's also assigned a...TransMontaigne Partners is a terminaling and transportation company with operations in the U.S. along the Gulf Coast, in the Midwest, in Houston and Brownsville, TX, along the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers, and in the Southeast. The company provides integrated terminaling, storage, transportation and related services for customers engaged in the trading, distribution and marketing of light refined petroleum products, heavy refined petroleum products, crude oil, chemicals, fertilizers and other liquid products. Light refined products include gasoline and diesel fuels, as well as propane, butane, heating oil and jet fuels. Heavy refined products include residual fuel oils and asphalt.
