Buenos Aires City, December 01, 2016-- Moody's Latin America Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A. has assigned a B3 and Baa3.ar ratings the Province of Buenos Aires´s 2016 Local Market Bonds Program for up to ARS8.000 million.
