Moody's assigns first-time Ba3 rating to Kangde Xin; outlook stable
Hong Kong, November 11, 2016-- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a first-time Ba3 corporate family rating to Kangde Xin Composite Material Group Co., Ltd. The rating outlook is stable. At the same time, Moody's has assigned a provisional Ba3 rating to the proposed senior notes, which will be issued by Top Wise Excellence Enterprise Co., Ltd, and guaranteed by KDX.
