New York, December 20, 2016-- Moody's Investors Service has assigned P-1 ratings to the following City of Atlanta Airport General Revenue and Airport Passenger Facility Charge Commercial Paper Notes:. -Third Lien Airport General Revenue Commercial Paper Notes Series F-1 and Series F-2. -Second Lien Airport Passenger Facility Charge and Third Lien Airport General Revenue Commercial Paper Notes Series F-3 and Series F-4.
