Moody's assigns P-2 short-term rating to Deutsche Wohnen A.G.
London, 09 December 2016-- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a first-time short-term Issuer Rating of P-2 to Deutsche Wohnen A.G.. The issuer and Eurobonds ratings of A3 as well as the Stable outlook are unchanged. Deutsche Wohnen is the second largest residential property owner in Germany and one of the largest real estate companies in Europe in terms of gross assets and market capitalisation.
