Moody's assigns (P) Baa3 (sf) / (P) Aaa.br (sf) ratings to the first series of the 14th issuance of Octante Securitizadora S.A.'s agribusiness certificates
Approximately BRL 130 million of Senior CRA rated. Sao Paulo, November 28, 2016-- Moody's América Latina has assigned provisional ratings of Baa3 and Aaa.br to the first series of the 14th issuance of agribusiness certificates to be issued by Octante Securitizadora S.A.. The CRA will be backed by agricultural production financial notes and agribusiness receivables certificates issued by agricultural producers and distributers, respectively.
