Moody's assigns provisional rating to one class of notes to be issued by RAIT 2016-FL6 Trust
New York, November 16, 2016-- Moody's Investors Service announced that it has assigned the following provisional rating to the notes to be issued by RAIT 2016- FL6 Trust:. Moody's issues provisional ratings in advance of the final sale of financial instruments, but these ratings only represent Moody's preliminary credit opinions. Upon a conclusive review of a transaction and associated documentation, Moody's will endeavor to assign definitive ratings.
