Moody's assigns provisional ratings to notes to be issued by John Deere Owner Trust 2017

Approximately $759 million securities rated. New York, February 16, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service has assigned provisional ratings to the notes to be issued by the John Deere Owner Trust 2017, sponsored by John Deere Capital Corporation, an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Deere& Company. The notes in JDOT 2017 will be backed by a pool of fixed rate US retail installment sale and loan contracts secured by new and used agricultural and construction equipment.
