Moody's assigns ratings to the senior shares issued by FIDC Global TR
BRL400 million of senior shares rated. Sao Paulo, November 25, 2016-- Moody's America Latina Ltda has assigned ratings of A3 and Aaa.br to the senior shares issued by Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Global TR, a multi seller trade securitization, initially backed by a pool of electricity bills for individuals and businesses that have energy distributed through the low voltage grid, originated by Ampla Energia e Serviços S.A.. Senior Shares- A3 and Aaa.br.
