Sao Paulo, November 08, 2016-- A Moody's América Latina Ltda. atribuiu um rating Ba2 em escala global e Aa1.br na escala nacional brasileira aos R$ 270 milhões em debêntures seniores sem garantia que serão emitidos pela Concessionária Rod.Oeste SP Viaoeste S.A.. Os ratings de emissor e sênior sem garantias existentes da ViaOeste permanecem inalterados em Ba2/Aa1. br. Os recursos dessa emissão serão utilizados para cobrir investimentos.
