Moody's atribui ratings Ba2/Aa1.br aos R$ 190 milhões em debêntures da Escelsa; perspectiva negativa
Sao Paulo, March 06, 2017-- A Moody's América Latina Ltda. atribuiu um rating Ba2 em escala global e um Aa1.br em escala nacional brasileira à proposta de R$ 190 milhões em debêntures seniores sem garantias com vencimento em cinco anos a serem emitidas pela EspÃrito Santo Centrais Elétricas S.A.. Ao mesmo tempo, a Moody's atribuiu um rating corporativo Ba2/Aa1. br à Escelsa e retirou os ratings de emissor Ba2/Aa2. br. A perspectiva para todos os ratings é negativa.
