Moody's: B3 Negative and Lower Corporate Ratings List declines again at the end of February

New York, March 06, 2017-- The number of companies on its B3 Negative and Lower Corporate Ratings List declined for an 11th straight month through the end of February, Moody's Investors Service says in a new report.
