Moody's: Bosnia and Herzegovina's rating reflects challenging political landscape, external deficits and high unemployment

London, 06 March 2017-- Moody's Investors Service says in a new annual report that Bosnia and Herzegovina's B3 rating with a stable outlook continues to be constrained by challenges related to government effectiveness, wide external deficits and a high unemployment rate.
