Moody's: Canyon Capital CLO 2006-1 Ltd. ratings unaffected by Asset Management Agreement Amendment.
New York, January 05, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service has determined that entry by Canyon Capital CLO 2006-1 Ltd. into an amendment dated as of January 6, 2017 to the Asset Management Agreement dated as of August 16, 2006 between Canyon Capital Advisors LLC as Asset Manager and the Issuer, and performance of the activities contemplated therein, will not in and of themselves and at this time adversely affect Moody's current outstanding rating of the Notes issued by the Issuer.
