Moody's changes the outlook for RPM International's ratings to positive
Assigns Baa3 ratings to new senior unsecured notes. New York, February 27, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service, affirmed the Baa3 ratings of RPM International Inc. and changed the outlook to positive from stable. Moody's also assigned Baa3 to the proposed $350 million new senior unsecured notes due 2027 and assigned Baa3 to the $50 million add-on to the senior unsecured notes due 2045.
