New York, December 22, 2016-- Moody's Investors Service was informed that the entities which control NK 80 Maiden Owner, LLC, a 40.5% TIC co-owner of 80 and 90 Maiden Lane, intend to transfer a 49.9% indirect interest in the Normandy Borrower to MP Maiden Property LLC, a wholly owned affiliate of Meadow Real Estate Fund III LP.
