Sydney, June 13, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the redemption of the Class A1-u2 notes with the proceeds from the issuance of Class AR-u Notes on 13 June 2017 will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the current ratings of notes issued by Pepper Residential Securities Trust No. 14..
