Moody's Corrects Rating of Urban Redev. Auth. of Pittsburgh Tax Increment Bonds Ser. 2006 to A2 from A1

New York, January 20, 2017-- Moody's is correcting the rating for the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh's Tax Increment Bonds Series of 2006 to A2 from A1. Due to an internal administrative error, the March 17, 2015 and May 15, 2015 rating actions on the bonds inadvertently followed the counterparty risk assessment of PNC Bank, National Association. These rating actions should have followed the Bank's LT senior unsecured rating.
