Moody's downgrades Classes B, C and D notes of Honours PLC Series 2, a UK student loan ABS
London, 10 February 2017-- Moody's Investors Service has today downgraded the ratings of the Class B notes to B2 from Ba1, the ratings of the Class C notes to Caa2 from B1 and the Class D notes' ratings to Caa3 from Caa1 in Honours PLC Series 2. At the same time, Moody's confirmed the ratings of the Class A1 and Class A2 notes' A3 rating.
