Sao Paulo, November 08, 2016-- Moody's America Latina has downgraded the global and the Brazilian national scale issuer rating of Concessionaria Rodovias do Tiete S.A. to B2/Ba2. br from B1/Baa2. br, respectively. At the same time, Moody´s downgraded the global scale rating and the NSR of the company´s senior secured debentures issued in 2013 to B2/Ba2. br from B1/Baa2. br.
