Moody's Downgrades to A2 Benjamin Rose Institute's LOC-backed Notes, Ser. 2005

New York, January 03, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the long-term rating to A2 from Aa2 and revised the short-term rating to P-1 from VMIG 1 of the letter of credit- backed Benjamin Rose Institute Variable Rate Taxable Demand Notes, Series 2005 in connection with issuance by Citizens Bank, N.A. of a new LOC in support of the Notes which will replace the existing LOC provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. The new LOC will be effective January 3, 2017..
