Moody's Downgrades to A2 Sumner County's, KS GOULT Bonds
New York, December 20, 2016-- Summary Rating Rationale. Moody's Investors Service has downgraded to A2 from A1 the rating on Sumner County's, KS general obligation unlimited tax debt. The downgrade to A2 reflects the county's continued structural imbalance that has resulted in very narrow General Fund reserves and an expectation of continued structural imbalance.
