Moody's downgrades United Biscuits' CFR to B1; negative outlook

London, 01 December 2016-- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded UK-based leading biscuits manufacturer UMV Global Foods Holding Company Ltd's corporate family rating to B1 from Ba3 and probability of default rating to B2-PD from B1-PD. Concurrently, the ratings on the senior secured term loans and revolving credit facility at UMV Global Foods Company Ltd were also downgraded to B1 from Ba3. The outlook has changed to negative from stable.
