New York, January 30, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service, reports that the change to the sale date, series and par of the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority's Second Senior Revenue Bonds Series 2017 A and Refunding Second Senior Revenue Bonds Series 2017 B, which we rated October 13, 2016, will have no impact on the assigned Aa3 rating.
