Moody's: Heta Funding Designated Activity Company ratings unaffected by trust deed amendments

London, 21 November 2016-- Moody's Investors Service has determined that the entry of Heta Funding Designated Activity Company, a managed cash balance sheet CLO, into a fourth Supplemental Trust Deed between the Issuer and the rest of the transaction parties dated 21 November 2016 and performance of the activities contemplated therein will not in and of itself and at this time cause the current Moody's ratings of the notes issued by the Issuer to be reduced or withdrawn.
