Moody's: Large mall liquidations contribute to higher US CMBS loss severities in 2016

New York, February 27, 2017-- US CMBS loan loss severity increased to 47.3% for the loans liquidated during 2016, compared to 43.1% for loans liquidated the prior year, Moody's Investors Service says in its latest report on losses in US commercial mortgage-backed securities.
