Moody's: No impact on ratings due to new series of notes to be issued by Garanti Diversified Payment Rights Finance Company
London, 22 December 2016-- Moody's Investors Service has announced today that the issuance by Garanti Diversified Payment Rights Finance Co. on or about 19th December 2016 of USD 310 million of Series 2016- A, Series 2016- B, Series 2016- C, and Series 2016- D notes and EUR 50 million Series 2016- E notes due in October 2021, which are not rated by Moody's would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the current ratings on outstanding notes...
