Moody's: No rating impact following amendments in the Optimum ONE S.A.R.L.
London, 06 March 2017-- Moody's Investors Service has been requested to assess the impact on the rating of the notes issued by Optimum ONE S.A.R.L. following the increase of the size of the VFN note to GBP240 million from GBP200 million and the increase of the self-employed covenant on the portfolio from a maximum of 15% to 18%.
