Moody's: No rating impact on Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust ABS following amendments to trust documents
New York, November 10, 2016-- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the execution of the below mentioned documents related to the Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust on 10 November 2016, would not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings assigned to any outstanding series or class of securities issued by the Trust:. -Third Amended and Restated Pooling and Servicing Agreement. -Second Amended and Restated Indenture.
